Welcome! I’m Stacy-Lee, founder of The Yoga Worship Movement. I am R-YFT 200 Yoga Alliance certified. My desire is to unite people through Prayer, Praise and Pose. “Let’s rejoice together as we use Christ’s love as our foundation, turning our hearts and bodies and minds to worship the Son!”

Yoga simply means to unite or connect. PPP is the joining together or uniting of mindful meditation on the word of God and worshiping through body & breath movements. It is an expression of praise and thanksgiving towards our Creator. Yoga is not a religion, nor does it belong to any one group or culture. Yoga is your breath, your art & your beauty reflecting back to God!
